  • Order Intake & Submission:
    After booking, all clients will receive an Order Intake Form via email. This form must be completed before work begins, and the turnaround time begins only after the form is submitted.
    Note: Resume templates are delivered without requiring a form submission.
  • Turnaround Time:
    All resume-based services and packages have a standard processing time of 5–7 business days (excluding weekends). Services are typically completed on the final day of the processing window by 8:00 PM EST. If you have been assigned a career coach, your coach will be your primary point of contact throughout the process.
  • No Refund Policy:
    All sales are final. Please review all service descriptions and details carefully before completing your purchase.
  • Order Submission Instructions:
    After booking, email Help@PearsonCareerConsulting.com with the required information based on your service:
    • Resumes & Packages:
      Attach your current resume and include the name of the service in the subject line.
    • Assessments:
      Provide the assessment link, criteria, and login credentials (if applicable).
    • Typing Tests, Speed Tests & Resume Templates: Delivered within 24–72 hours. Please email your test information or specify the template you need.
